Princess Bean

Princess Beans grow on trailing vines that wind around the oldest trunks. The vines are easy to spot. The beans are shy. They hide beneath broad leaves and ripen only when nobody is watching.

Where other ingredients bring strength or brightness, the Princess Bean brings subtlety. Some of the most interesting creations in the Night Zoo owe their character to this little bean.
